In game purchases

The game is fun. But I recently bought Biofuel, to purchase new armour. I spent close to $7 for 5500 biofuel. It did not arrive. I submitted a ticket regarding this issue. I have sent in screen shots they requested and still no customer satisfaction. They keep presenting more hoops to jump through. The game is fun but trust me, dont spend ANY money on it.
